Before making her stirring feminist speech in a Gabriela Hearst LBD in New Zealand this morning, Meghan Markle first arrived in the country's capital in a more casual iteration.

The mom-to-be and her husband, Prince Harry, walked around the city of Wellington and met with members of the public who enthusiastically welcomed the royal couple around the Pukeahu National War Memorial Park.

For their informal tour, Meghan wore a surprisingly affordable ASOS black dress. Ringing in at just $56, the dress is one of the cheapest royal tour items to date.

The Duchess of Sussex threw a Karen Walker Banks trench in plaid (shop in black here) over the relaxed LBD and accessorized with a poppy pin, as well as her go-to Sarah Flint pumps with tortoiseshell heels.

Minimal makeup and a loose bun spotlighted a pair of Maison Birks Muse drop earrings.

Stay tuned for more of Meghan's show-stopping royal tour looks.
