He may have a multi-billion dollar social media conglomerate to run, but fatherhood comes first for Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg. To prove it, the new dad on Thursday posted an adorable photo of himself taking time out of his work day to give a bottle to his baby girl, Max.

"Most important meeting of the day #LeanInTogether," Zuckerberg, 31, captioned the sweet snap (below). In it, the CEO feeds his tiny daughter as part of Lean In's #LeanInTogether campaign.

Since becoming a dad late last year, Zuckerberg has made it his personal mission to encourage men to take active roles in the care of their children. As part of his effort, the tech mogul has teamed up with #LeanInTogether—a new campaign from Lean In, a nonprofit organization focused on helping women succeed professionally that Zuckerberg's second in command, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, founded.

"#LeanInTogether celebrates the important role men play in creating an equal world," Sandberg wrote on Facebook on Thursday. "Reaching equality is not just good for women—it is good for men as well. Children with active fathers are healthier, happier, and more successful. Men who are 50/50 partners have stronger marriages. And diverse teams at work produce better results."
