Marion Cotillard Brings a Little Rock 'n' Roll to Cannes in a Studded Look
When it comes to rocker-chic style, Marion Cotillard knows how to glam it up in just the right way. The Oscar winner dazzled at a photocall for her film It's Only the End of the World Thursday in Cannes, stepping on the red carpet in a studded sheer black ensemble.
As the wind lightly whipped through her pulled-back locks, Cotillard smoothed down her hair and flashed a smile for photographers, before posing with her costar Lea Seydoux. Rather than clutter her bold look with chunky accessories, the 40-year-old Oscar winner wore no jewelry and kept her make-up fresh and natural as well.
Cotillard's intricate ensemble featured an armor-like vest of sorts, covered in silver studs, placed over a high-neck, buttoned bodice with sheer sleeves. The black skirt of her look was tiered and she topped it off with black heels.
The Macbeth star, who is known for making fashion statements on the red carpet, showed off more of her fashion-forward style at Cannes this week, stunning in a gold Dior Haute Couture dress at the premiere of her film From the Land and the Moon and sporting another rocker chic look—a distressed denim mini dress—at a photo call for the premiere of her film Mal de Pierres.
