Proving that she’ll always be our favorite crooner, Mariah Carey took the stage inside the sixth annual UNICEF Ball hosted by Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills Tuesday night and simply slayed her performance. After kicking things off with “Always Be My Baby” (wearing a body-hugging navy frock), the 45-year-old star and Las Vegas performer introduced her next hit, “We Belong Together,” to eager fans.

“This is from The Emancipation of Mimi, and that would be me,” she told guests, including Selena Gomez, Miranda Kerr, Nicole Kidman, and the evening’s honoree, David Beckham. While Carey delivered each note with finesse, it was her on-stage drink of choice that we can’t get over. Rather then sipping a cocktail like most rockstars, she picked up what she revealed to be “tea with Manuka honey,” humbly adding, “Thank you. I’m grateful to be a part of this incredible cause."
