Who could forget the heartbreaking love story of Jamie Sullivan and Landon Carter?

The film A Walk to Remember, which is based on the Nicholas Sparks novel of the same name, celebrates it's 15th anniversary today, and we are feeling all sorts of feelings just thinking about the romantic flick. It seems as if the movie's star Mandy Moore also had the story on her mind, and took to Instagram to mark the occasion with a throwback photo from the hit that immediately brought back a huge flood of emotions.

"In honor of the 15th anniversary of A Walk To Remember, let's take a walk down memory lane... What are your favorite scenes? Any questions?" she wrote alongside a still from the film, which features Moore and her co-star Shane West lovingly embracing.

The emotional plot focuses on the unlikely relationship between troubled bad boy Carter (West) and beautifully modest Sullivan (Moore), who we later find out has been diagnosed with leukemia and has stopped responding to treatments. As she grows sicker, he works tirelessly to continue checking things off her bucket list before he proposes and tie the knot before she tragically passes away. Cue the tears.
