Zac Posen Is Launching a Makeup Collection with MAC

Be still our hearts—it's really happening. Zac Posen has partnered with MAC to create a full range of color cosmetics, and at the risk of making an unwanted, cheesy fashion pun, the collaboration couldn't be a more perfect fit. Posen and the beauty brand have a long history that spans the course of many seasons at Fashion Week (fun fact: MAC has created his runway makeup looks since the debut of his line in 2001), so it's only appropriate that the glamorous ad campaign above gives a nod to the bold red lip a handful of models wore at his Spring 2016 show.

"Fashion and beauty go hand-in-hand and I have always wanted to create a makeup collection to complement my designs and brand," Posen says. "It was only natural to work with MAC to create my first-ever signature collection. I wanted to keep it luxurious, a little mysterious, and clean with a large dose of star wattage." Based off of the handful of products showcased in the ad image above, mission accomplished.
