Forget the front row at Louis Vuitton’s spring 2017 show.

On Wednesday in Paris, Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière surely delivered another standout collection of ready-to-wear separates and red carpet-ready dresses, but what, exactly, was our top-pick from the show?

Models strut down the runway in an updated version of Vuitton’s classic, trunk-like Petite Mallet bag that we seriously want to get our hands on, stat. But what’s so special about this one? From afar, the monogrammed mini-clutch appears to be a pint-size version of the one you can throw your keys into, but there’s one catch: This one’s actually a case for your mobile phone.

Ghesquière himself took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon to not only tease his new collection, but also offer a close-up glimpse at the phone case we’re sure will be a hit once fashion week rolls around again in February.

While details about the tech beauty remain mum, we do know there are several versions of the item. The designer’s own featured gold-trim edges while others vary in the color of the outer lining (below). There's even a hot blue and gold version (first above).

One thing’s for sure: we want it, and we want it now.
