However, a source close to the couple tells Entertainment Tonightthat the two are not in dire financial straits and, in fact, they had been planning on putting the house up for sale for years. "Everyone seems shocked Lori and Mossimo would put their house up for sale in the midst of their legal troubles, but they've wanted to sell their home for a long time," the source explained. "They aren't selling their home because they are cash strapped. They are doing very well financially." With downtime before the trial, which is set to commence this fall, Loughlin and Giannulli may have just had some free time on their hands to get the sale rolling. Giannulli has a true passion for architecture and design, so finding a new home and a new project could just be part of his usual M.O. "They have been through so much in the last year, and selling hasn't been their priority," the source added. "At this point, the case is taking much longer than they originally thought, so they decided to put it on the market again. It is one step they are taking in an attempt to get back to their normal lives."
