Lorde's single from the highly anticipated soundtrack for The Hunger Games: Mockinjay – Part 1 was released today, and it's just as fabulous as we expected.

Titled "Yellow Flicker Beat," the song reflects the darker nature of the second-to-last installment, which we know from the trailer will be filled with war and revolution. In it she sings about fear, but also courage sparking up from the flames of dissent. In a Tumblr post, she reveals that she attempted to get inside Katniss's head for the song, and we definitely think she succeeded!

The 17-year-old singer is also curating the tracks for the soundtrack, which will be released prior to the movie on Nov. 21. Until then, we suggest playing to the single on repeat! Listen below.
