When you're supermodel Kate Moss's daughter, you celebrate your 16th birthday by landing your very first beauty campaign. A few days after hitting the milestone age where most of us were just excited to get our learner's permit, Lila Moss has been named the new face of Marc Jacobs Beauty.

The brand shared the news on Instagram by posting a photo from Moss's upcoming campaign. In the photo, Moss is wearing a purple winged eyeliner eyeliner look by makeup artist Diane Kendal, likely created using the Fineliner Ultra-Skinny Gel Eye Crayon in (Grape)vine, one of five new colors for Spring 2019.

A quote from designer Marc Jacobs accompanied the post: "Lila's beauty, composure, patience and kindness made this project even more special than I could have imagined. With each look we photographed, she got into character effortlessly and gracefully. Thank you, Lila, for being a part of this extremely special project and thank you, @katemossagency and @jeffersonhack for allowing us the privilege to work with your beautiful daughter."

Moss is following in the footsteps of Kaia Gerber (another member of the celebrity offspring elite), who was previously the face of the brand.

While Moss had a twinning moment with her supermodel mom on her birthday this week, it looks like she's going to follow in her footsteps in front of the camera, too.
