Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro Want You to Be in Their Next Movie
The actors are teaming up to aid coronavirus relief efforts (and also your acting career).
The Hollywood legends, who first shared the screen in 1993 coming-of-age drama This Boy’s Life, are teaming up once more, in service of America’s Food Fund (and also Martin Scorsese). The actors are set to appear in the director’s upcoming adaptation of David Grann’s best-selling non fiction book Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI.
In a video posted on Wednesday morning, DiCaprio and De Niro explained that as their contribution to the #AllinChallenge, they’re offering one lucky fan the opportunity to appear in Killers of the Flower Moon as a walk-on, spend the day on set with the greats (Scorsese included), and attend the film’s premiere.
In order to be eligible for the prize, you must visit allinchallenge.com and make a donation of $10 or more. Your contribution will go directly to Feeding America, Meals on Wheels, World Central Kitchen, and No Kid Hungry.
Given the #challenge component of the #AllinChallenge, De Niro and DiCaprio asked some fellow celebrities to follow their lead. The former nominated Jamie Foxx, while the latter asked Ellen DeGeneres and Matthew McConnaughey to join the movement. We’ll be refreshing McConnaughey’s Instagram page until further notice.
