Happy birthday to our longtime crush, Leonardo DiCaprio! The actor is ringing in his 41st birthday today and we're celebrating by looking back at just how much DiCaprio has changed (in the best way possible!) since his teens.
DiCaprio began stealing everyone's hearts when he appeared on the TV sitcom Growing Pains in the early '90s and he hit heartthrob status shortly thereafter. In the 20+ years since, he has appeared in innumerable classics including, Romeo + Juliet, Titanic, Gangs of New York, and Catch Me If You Can, The Departed, Blood Diamond and Django Unchained.
While the actor has yet to win an Academy Award (he's been nominated five times), he has a couple Golden Globes statues to show off for roles he played in The Aviator and The Wolf of Wall Street.
The birthday boy will no doubt continue to earn nominations and hopefully that illusive Oscar—especially after a two-year hiatus. DiCaprio's latest film, The Revenant, directed Academy Award-winning director Alejandro González Iñárritu (Birdman), hits theaters on Christmas Day and he's set to work with his good friend Martin Scorsese again for the movie The Devil in the White City.
Celebrate DiCaprio's special day with a look back at his ever-changing (and ever-handsome) looks!
