Lauren Conrad just dropped a major MTV-related bombshell. In advance of the 10th anniversary of the premiere of The Hills on May 31, the 30-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a very mysterious image that's got imaginations racing.

The photo (below) shows Conrad working with her fashion line Paper Crown—which on the surface seems unremarkable until you realize that the cameraman in the right of the photo is tagged as MTV. "Never thought I'd see the day...." Conrad captioned the snap, further deepening the plot.

Can it be? Is a new show in the works for LC? We can only dream that that's the case.

Conrad first entered our lives in 2004 as an integral cast member of MTV's Laguna Beach before going on to star in The Hills. She is now a successful fashion designer, best-selling author, and runs several other businesses, including The Little Market, which promotes local craftsmen and artisans around the world. Could another reality television foray be next?

According to mtv.com, we should watch Conrad's Twitter account on Tuesday, May 31, at 11 a.m. ET for more details.
