With summer rapidly approaching there couldn't have been a better time for FEED Projects founders Lauren Bush and Ellen Gustafson to launch their newest bag benefiting Guatemala—the multi-colored charitable totes are perfect for weekend jaunts! "FEED had been very monotone—we wanted to do something fun and colorful for the summer," said Gustafson at the bag's Lord & Taylor launch. The pair partnered with the organization Nest to hire Guatemalan artisans to create the beautiful fabrics used for the bags, which come in two sizes, FEED 3 ($39) and FEED 1 ($19). They also spoke passionately about their desire to change the lives of the children in Guatemala. “Kids are chronically malnourished—you can physically see it because they have stunted growths," Bush told us.
