If there's any group of people who can spearhead a fashion movement simply by relentlessly wearing the same look over and over (and over) again, it would be the Kardashian-Jenner-Hadids of the world. Take this whole wearing leggings as pants phenomenon: it has turned from a fashion don't into something of a fashion do, despite our well-intentioned protests.

And now, it looks like the youngest Jenner is championing a new trend that we're unsure if we can get behind (though who knows, in six months time). The piece in question? White leggings. Kylie Jenner took to Instagram to debut her new cut while flaunting her best assets in an optic white pair.

Unlike their darker (read: safer) counterpart, white leggings pose a much bigger fashion risk, especially when the opacity level doesn't fully reach 100 percent. They highlight flaws, they don't slim, and they're hard to maintain in their snowy pristine condition. And what exactly should you wear underneath? (Sorry, this needs to be addressed.) Going commando is out of the question, as does underwear, because of, well, panty lines. A seamless nude thong seems to be the only solution to this weirdly niche dilemma.

White leggings as a trend isn't happening yet, but brace yourself, because it might catch on. If you want to get a jumpstart on it, try slipping on a white pair, but cover up with a tunic or dress. If you want to experiment with Kylie's style, pair it with a crop top, but do so at your own peril.
