It’s Official! Kylie Jenner Signed a Deal to Collaborate with Puma on a New Campaign
Despite Kanye West’s protests, it looks like a Kylie Jenner x Puma deal is in the works. When rumors surfaced that the youngest Jenner would be fronting Puma’s Spring/Summer 2016 campaign, West took to Twitter to declare that there would “never be a Kylie Puma anything” because she was devoted to his Adidas x Yeezy collection.
It looks like Jenner’s brother-in-law was wrong, because, People reports, Puma has confirmed that a collaboration with Jenner is in fact in the works. “I am pleased and excited to be able to confirm that PUMA is indeed working with Kylie Jenner,” Adam Petrick, Global Director of Brand and Marketing for Puma, said in a statement. “Kylie will be featured in the brand’s Spring/Summer women’s training campaign launching in April 2016. Kylie represents a fresh and exciting new era for fashion and we couldn’t think of a more fitting and influential female to headline this campaign for Puma.”
With Jenner at its head, the athleisure trend can only keep getting bigger.
