Kris Jenner Is Team Khloé Regardless of Her Daughter's Relationship with Tristan Thompson

It has been a crazy 2018 for KarJenner matriarch Kris Jenner. While we are only halfway through the year, three of her daughters (Kylie, Kim, and Khloé) gave birth to daughters within months of each other, and, as if that wasn't enough, a cheating scandal that rocked the famous family was thrown into the mix.

In April, days before Kardashian welcomed baby True, news broke that her child's father, Tristan Thompson, was cheating on her with an Instagram model, and there was video evidence to prove it.

However, the mom of six has taken the entire situation in stride. Last month, Jenner first addressed the scandal on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, visibly upset, calling Thompson's actions "very unexpected."

Keeping her statements focused on her daughter, Jenner also offered: "She’s figuring it out one day at a time,” Kris explained, “and she’s just the best mom already, and that baby is so cute—little True.”

And now, Kris is doubling down on her support for Khloé, regardless of the new mom's relationship status with the NBA player. While attending the 2019 Moschino runway show in Los Angeles on Friday, Jenner told a number of press outlets that she trusts Koko's judgement when it comes to Tristan.

"I think you just have to be there for your kid and follow their lead. I’m not in that relationship or in that situation, so I really trust Khloé,” she said. “She’s so smart, and such a great girl, and she’ll figure it out.”

She confirmed that both Khloé and Tristan are doing "great," but she's ready for the 33-year-old to come home. "When she comes back, I'll be thrilled. Of course, I miss her."

Though Khloé is currently in Cleveland with Tristan, she still has her family to lean on during this tough time, according to Kris.

“I think they all ask each other for advice, like you would your girlfriends or anybody else, and I think they have a great support system,” said Jenner of her daughters' close-knit bond.“We all come to each other. It depends on what’s going on that day, which is wild, as you can imagine on a daily. I think it just depends on what’s going on.”
