Kris Jenner Explains What a Night at the Kardashian-Jenner Household Is Like

As matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, momager Kris Jenner is busy closing deals by day and flying to Paris to greet top-notch designers by night. But despite the mother of six’s over-the-top style, life at home remains pretty down to earth.

The reality star stepped into Milk Studios in L.A. on Wednesday to celebrate Barbra Streisand and The Hollywood Reporter’s 24th Annual Women in Entertainment breakfast. Jenner confidently rocked a black Anna K dress with pearl and crisscross fringe detailing; however, it wasn’t her always-on-point fashion that caught our attention. Instead, it was details of the night before that struck as notable.

So what was the 60-year-old star up to before the day before the star-studded event? “Well, we have a new baby in the house, so that’s really exciting,” she tells InStyle of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s newborn son, Saint. “And last night we watched the Victoria’s Secret special and watched Kendall walk the runway for the first time as an Angel, so that was exciting. I played with Kylie’s dogs last—just the typical night at the Jenner-Kardashian house.”

As for little Saint, only bright days are up ahead. “He’s so good. He’s really good” she adds. At-home activities aside, Jenner also shared choice words of advice for young girls everywhere. “Work hard and remember to find some privacy once in a while because we don’t have a lot in our house,” she says. “I think that’s important. But just be really true to yourself and find something to do in your life that you’re really passionate about. And never take no for an answer.”
