The cast of Scream Queens just keeps getting better and better.

It was revealed several months ago that John Stamos, Taylor Lautner, Cecily Strong, James Earl, and Colton Haynes were set the appear as newbies in the show's second season, and now another A-list star has been added to the cast—Kirstie Alley. The Cheers alumnus will take on the role of a brilliant and devious administrator at the C.U.R.E. Institute, a hospital where the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation.

Alley took to Twitter today to confirm the news and express her happiness about the new role, where she tweeted out several ghost and crown emojis next to the word "excited."

Previous stars of the horror-comedy including Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, Billie Lourd, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele, Keke Palmer, Glen Powell, and Niecy Nash will all be back in action in the new episodes.
