The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was spotted in public on Tuesday for the first time since giving birth to son Saint West on Dec. 5, and her style didn't seem to miss a beat. Mrs. West was seen heading to a doctor appointment in Beverly Hills, Calif., and donned an all-black ensemble that consisted of a hoodie, leggings, heeled booties, and fur coat for the occasion. She also stuck to her signature hairstyle as of late—long braids. But this isn't the first time we've seen the star since her little guy was born. She has made several appearances on social media, first showing off her "enormous boobs" during a livestream on her app and later sharing a selfie when she hit 55 million Instagram followers. The mother of two was also pictured in photos over the holidays from their family Christmas Eve soirée and at a New Year's Eve party with sister Kourtney Kardashian.
