Kim Kardashian Gives an Update on Baby West: "He's All Turned Around!"

After revealing last week that her baby was breech, Kim Kardashian shared some good news today—baby West is all turned around. The update came via her website, where she gave a detailed account of the current state of her pregnancy.

"This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position," the star wrote.

And what a process it was. Aside from revealing that her sisters and husband Kanye West were by her side during the arduous procedure that required three doctors to work together, she also discussed how painful it was. "They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!" Kardashian said. "My baby is in the right position and it feels so good to not have the stress of thinking I need a C-section. I'm so thankful for my doctors!"

But now the pregnant Mrs. West has something else to deal with—she's currently suffering from a bout of the flu along with a sinus infection. "37 WEEKS x SINUS INFECTION x FLU = [sick emoji]," she captioned a photo of her baby bump on Instagram yesterday (below).
