Here's What Kim Kardashian Has Been Eating to Slim Down Post-Baby
As Kim Kardashian West gets closer to her post-baby goal weight, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is not only knocking out hardcore workouts, but making sure she keeps her diet in check as well.
The mom of two has been sharing snaps from her workouts and weigh-ins on Snapchat in the past few months, and now she has revealed a couple of the things she eats to stay on track. "You guys want to see my breakfast today?," she said on Snapchat Thursday, rocking a black top, black choker and her hair pulled back in a sleek ponytail. "It's like an oatmeal and egg frittata. So I'm having my carbs in the morning with fruit."
West then posted a snap of the frittata, which was topped with chopped strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. The snap came just after she posted a shot of her dinner Wednesday—a plate of salmon and Brussels sprouts.
The reality star's healthy eats are a part of her Atkins40 Plan, which she praises as part of the reason she has shed all 70 pounds she gained while pregnant with Saint West. In May, Kim revealed she was back at her post-baby weight via a snap she shared of herself standing on a scale that read 132 pounds even. But, she didn't plan to stop there. "12lbs to go to reach 2010 Kim!," she captioned the snap.
West even revealed she strayed away from Fourth of July festivities to make sure she didn't have a setback with her weight loss plan. "Stayed home today cuz I couldnt temp myself. 2weeks crazy strict Atkins diet," she captioned a Snapchat post.
