Khloé Kardashian works hard to keep her "revenge body" in tip top shape with some serious butt-kicking workouts. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star gave fans a glimpse at her beyond tough fitness regimen on Snapchat Thursday and Friday, as she squeezed in a ton of ab-sculpting moves, cardio and even a heart-pumping run up a hill with her trainer Don Brooks to kick off the weekend.

After crunching her way through 100 ab rollers Thursday in a black baseball cap, black racerback top and black-and-yellow leggings, Kardashian hopped on a stair machine in a sauna suit and sweated it out. "If I can do it. You can do it. It all starts with day 1! It's a lifestyle now. Snapchat: khloekardashian," she captioned an Instavideo of herself on the ab roller as Brooks held on to her feet to keep her in place.

Friday, they were back at it again, with the Don-A-Matrix owner taking her out for a run on a hill in the summer heat. "Don has me on a hill running in the heat. This guy is crazy," Kardashian can be heard saying on the video, before Brooks videotapes her running through the terrain.

"We're on a hike. This is our destination. If we don't make it back. You know where we at," Brooks says in the Snapchat story. Thankfully, the duo did indeed make it back after the strenuous outdoor run (whew), with Kardashian posting one last Snap from the workout before heading home.

"That was so hard today, but Don and I made it back safe we want you guys to know," she said in the clip, adding with a laugh, "Happy Friday...and I feel like I'm dying." She also pointed out that she took the run up a notch, captioning the snap, "I did my workout in sauna suit mind you."
