Before Khloé Kardashian made a name for herself as a fitness guru, she was struggling to lose weight amid pressure from her reality star family.

Sitting down for season two of Revenge Body, the 33-year-old reflected on past comments urging her to slim down from the Kar-Jenner clan in order to help better their public image. “[They said] ‘Khloé, you got to lose weight 'cause you’re really hurting the brand,’” she remembered.

The mom-to-be continued, “I’m a huge believer of it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I understand that was coming from my management side of my family, but it does hurt.”

Kardashian has noticeably dropped weight since her 2013 split from ex-husband, Lamar Odom—a transformation she credits to the emotional “outlet” of working out.

“My whole fitness transformation stemmed from my divorce. I really needed an outlet for my emotions,” the pregnant star —who has kept up her grueling workouts during her journey to motherhood—explained in a teaser trailer for her show.

“I started working out and the clarity that I received from that was so needed and so therapeutic, and as I by-product I started losing weight," she added. "I saw a bit of definition there and thought, ‘Okay, I'll try and keep this up.’”

No matter her size, Khloé's confidence is contagious!
