If you're still working on those summer body goals, Khloé Kardashian has some tips to help you trim up your physique right at home!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who has been doling out the secrets to her "revenge body," shared a few more in a post on her website where she revealed her must-haves for any at-home gym ... and they won't break your bank.

"I've heard every excuse in the book to avoid exercise, but the truth is, when you commit yourself to getting fit, you'll find the time to do it—especially if you don't even have to leave the house to work out," she wrote. "Here's EVERYTHING you need to create the perfect at-home gym. Buh-bye, excuses!"

Kardashian said there are four things she swears by for it: the Ban.Do Think It Want It Get It Exercise Mat ($32; bando.com), the XSPEC Foldable Exercise Bike ($130; jet.com), the Fitness Solutions Kettlebell ($65; dickssportinggoods.com) and the Fitband Essentials Stretching and Resistance Band ($11; amazon.com).

"A yoga mat is not just for yoga!," she said of the exercise mat. "Lay one of these bad boys down for crunches, push-ups, leg lifts and planks. It'll make you comfortable and keep your workout going strong!" As for the exercise bike, she called it a "game changer," adding, "Turn the lights down and the music up—and ride!"

The kettlebell, she said, is "perfect for doing deadlifts and swings" and finds it's easier to handle than weights. As for the resistance band, Kardashian added, "A great exercise band is a MUST. This one is good for stretching, bicep curls, overhead presses, squats and lunges—moves that you can do anywhere."
