Kardashian goes on to provide healthy alternatives for not-so-healthy snack foods, sharing that in place of potato chips she recommends eating Kale chips, reassuring readers that yes, "these can be addicting!" When it comes to dips, she opts for hummus instead of a cream cheese-based pick, praising the spicy dip for being high in protein. As far as diet staples, Kardashian steers clear of white pasta, claiming that it's "high in refined carbs, which means it won't keep you full for very long." Instead, the reality star goes for Zoodles, a vegetable-based noodle that she swears tastes just as good as traditional pasta. And for dessert? Kardashian advises that you forgo that pint of Ben & Jerry's, writing, "If you're craving a frozen sweet treat, eat frozen bananas covered in dark chocolate, which has way less calories, fat, and sugar than ice cream.
