Victoria’s Secret Angels have successfully coined the phrase #TrainLikeAnAngel to show off their sweat-filled workout routines. But is it time we adopt #TrainLikeKhloé?

In a new episode of Khloé Kardashian’s multi-platform Khlo-Fit sweat series, the 31-year-old author and talk show host shows that, quite frankly, she’s kick-ass in the gym. Kardashian, who reportedly lost 40 pounds on a remarkable fitness journey, once again teams up with family trainer Gunnar Peterson for a round of unstoppable boxing moves that clearly help maintain her toned bod.

Dressed in a striped Adidas hoodie with matching tights, a sleek black baseball cap, gloves, and, of course, a full face of makeup, the quick-witted Kardashian aggressively dominates Peterson’s suggested moves, kicking a plush leather box repeatedly and, like a professional boxer, maintaining her hands in front of her face for defense.
