Kerry Washington Just Got the Bob of Our Dreams

Kerry Washington has got a brand new bob, and obsessed is not even the word that even begins to describe our emotions. Over the weekend, the star debuted a chin-skimming cut with the most gorgeous brick red tint. We figured something was up when her hairstylist Takisha Sturdivant-Drew Instagrammed a video brushing through some gorgeous copper strands, appropriately captioning the post, "Guess who?" Once Washington hit the red carpet at the Producer's Guild Awards, it was pretty clear the bob we've all been wanting for years was hers.

"Kerry Washington Is not afraid of change when it comes to her hair!" the pro wrote on Instagram. "Here she is showing it chopped off at the PGA Awards." We love how the warm color plays up the golden hints in her complexion, and how the length enhances her sculpted jawline. True to her experimental tastes, Washington switched it up again the following day for the SAG Awards, and was back to her longer layers, which she and Sturdivant-Drew showed off in the breeze from her Dyson hairdryer ($400; sephora.com).
