Sip Your Way Slim with a Glowing Green Smoothie
This tasty blend is packed with fiber that brightens skin and kick-starts weight loss.
1–2 cups cold, filtered water
3/4 lb. organic romaine lettuce
1 small bunch organic spinach
3–4 organic celery stalks
1 bunch organic cilantro or parsley (optional)
1 organic apple, cored and seeded
1 organic pear, cored and seeded
1 organic banana
1/2 organic lemon, peeled.
Combine water, romaine, spinach, celery, and optional ingredients in a blender, and pulse on low until smooth. Gradually increase speed, then add apple, pear, banana, and lemon. Blend until smooth.
