2016 is going to be the best year yet for Kendall Jenner—she can feel it! On Tuesday the 20-year-old starlet posted a personal message on her website and app reflecting on the busy year behind her and revealing that a recent health scare inspired her New Year's goal of taking better care of herself.

"I'm not big on New Year's resolutions. I don't write a list down or anything, it's definitely more of an in-my-head kind of thing," the Victoria's Secret model wrote. "I set random goals like 'find a boyfriend' but it's not legit at all, lol. This year I haven't even thought about them—I mean, I guess, maybe subconsciously—but I've just been way too busy."

Between work and life, Jenner admitted that by the end of this year she found herself feeling completely worn out and overwhelmed. "I actually had to go to the hospital because I was so exhausted—it was definitely a wake-up call that I need to take better care of myself," she confessed. "I want to enjoy being home a little bit more."

"Honestly, I worked so much this year that it freaked me out a little," she wrote. "So, I guess my resolution would be to chill out more and have the ability to be a little more spontaneous."
