Kellyanne Conway's 15-Year-Old Daughter Is an Anti-Trump Activist on TikTok
Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Donald Trump, has a TikTok teen named Claudia, and we’re going to go ahead and guess that she’s not the biggest fan of her daughter’s content.
Claudia, 15, has over 30,000 followers on the platform, where she shares videos criticizing Trump, or encouraging viewers to leave one-star reviews for his businesses, and demanding justice for Breonna Taylor — her TikTok bio calls for the arrest of the three police officers who killed Taylor.
The teen's platform has gone viral in the past day since New York Times reporter Taylor Lorenz tweeted about Claudia's content.
In one particularly iconic video, Claudia writes, “why do people hate on Trump supporters ... like why cant we just respect everyone's opinions? SIKE nah block me pls and then educate yourself.”
Claudia’s father, George T. Conway III, is also a vocal critic of his wife’s boss. The conservative lawyer is a co-founder of The Lincoln Project, an anti-Trump super PAC led by Republicans and former Republicans.
Claudia addresses her parents in one video, telling viewers, “Believe it or not, you can have your own opinions not influenced by your parents at all simply by educating yourself! My views don’t have anything to do with my mom’s."
In a separate post, Claudia asked her followers not to drag her parents in the comments. “No hate to my mom or my dad,” she said, “They’re both amazing people.”
Claudia recently told Insider that her mother asked her to remove her TikTok videos but she "respectfully declined."
"I grew up in a very very conservative family, so I was only exposed to those views for a very long time. I decided to educate myself and think for myself," she told the outlet in regard to her liberal politics.
The kids, as they say, are alright.
