Kelly Rowland's new book Whoa, Baby! is here! Its full title continues on with, A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out (and Wonder What the #*S& Just Happened) ($17; amazon.com). So as you can probably imagine, the new author and singer is keeping it very real in its pages—written along with Dr. Tristan Emily Bickman and Laura Moser.

Rowland's work with it is far from done, as she's currently on a press tour that kicked off in the Big Apple this week. In excerpts from it, she reveals that she hopes to become a mother for the second time soon, after giving birth to adorable son Titan Jewell with husband back in 2014.

She also discusses the realities of motherhood when it comes to the changes in your breasts after breastfeeding. "In those early days, I was fascinated (my polite way of saying 'horrified') by the transformation of the boobs," the book states in a passage divulged on PEOPLE. "My boobs themselves were so long and stretchy that I sometimes felt like I could've swung them over my shoulders. Even with the silicone action, it was like some of the air had been sucked out and they just sort of hung there like flapjacks."

And though Rowland underwent breast augmentation before getting pregnant, she has no qualms about getting another nip and tuck after her second birth. "I can't speak for everyone, but I know I'm going to see someone (wink, wink) after I have my second kid." She continues, "In the meantime, I just tried to enjoy my ability to feed my baby!"

Whoa, Baby! is out now. With Mother's Day just around the corner, this might just be the best gift ever for your friends who are mommies to be, or who just gave birth.
