Watch Kelly Clarkson's Daughter Jam Out to Salt-N-Pepa's "Push It" for a Good Cause
Based on Kelly Clarkson's latest Twitter video, the singer's daughter River Rose inherited her dance moves from her mama!
The "Piece by Piece" songstress took to the social media platform on Tuesday to share a video of herself and her 2-year-old daughter getting down for a special cause
".@followtheblonde challenge accepted by me & River Rose 4 #DiabetesDanceDare," the mom of two captioned the adorable clip, which shows the mother-daughter pair twinning in baseball caps (in gray and pink) and black slacks
The little tot is ready to bust as move as Clarkson explains the premise behind the Diabetes Dance Dare, which raises money towards diabetes treatment and awareness a la the viral ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. However, instead of being doused in cold water participants share videos of themselves dancing.
Mom switches on Salt-N-Pepa's "Push It" and the duo start jamming out together. It's clear that the talented songstress possesses skills in the dance department—as does her mini-me. "This is totally inappropriate for a 2-year-old!" Clarkson jokes in the clip. "Go, baby, go!"
The pop singer invited the cast of The Voice—Alicia Keys, Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and (as a bonus) Gwen Stefani—to complete the challenge as well, though something tells us they'll have a hard time surpassing this level of cuteness. Watch the video above.
