Katie Holmes is headed to a small screen near you! The actress will reprise her role as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in the sequel to the 2011 miniseries The Kennedys. In addition to playing the legendary first lady in The Kennedys: After Camelot, Holmes will direct one of the episodes and executive produce the program.

The series, which is based on J. Randy Taraborrelli's book After Camelot: A Personal History of the Kennedy Family—1968 to the Present, is slated to air on ReelzChannel in 2016. The original eight-part miniseries garnered 10 Emmy nominations and a win for lead actor.
