Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise Have a Stylish Mother-Daughter Art Outing

Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise are one of the most stylish mother-daughter pairings in Hollywood. On Monday, the 37-year-old Dawson Creek alum took to Instagram to share a black-and-white shot of her with her 10-year-old daughter as they soaked in a little culture in New York, and it's no surprise the fashionable duo used the outing as an excuse to show off some serious style.

In Holmes's photo, simply captioned with heart emoticons, an adult figure (presumably the actress) rests her hands on her hips as she focuses on a Gustav Klimt painting of a woman dressed in an elegant gown. She wears an elegant knee-length fitted black dress with thick straps and a lace hem for the art outing and her long dark strands are styled into voluminous waves for a bombshell look.

Meanwhile, Suri, who also appears to be entranced by the painting as she stands next to her mother, takes a completely opposite approach to Holmes's ensemble by sporting a white dress with a flounced hem and putting her dark hair up into a ponytail with a white bow.

It's clear the actress's mini-me has inherited her mother's style prowess.
