There are so many amazing looks at the 73rd annual Golden Globes red carpet this evening, but Kate Winslet's hairstyle definitely wins the award for the most innovative. Her genius hairstylist for the evening, Renato Campora, created a bun that was converted into a faux bob, and he shared all of his glamorous secrets behind the beautiful 'do with InStyle.

To prep Winslet's hair, Campora explained, "I applied the Fekkai Blowout Sealing Serum ($20; fekkai.com) on wet hair, then I used the Fekkai Full Blown Volume Lightweight Styling Whip ($20; fekkai.com)." Next, for extra shine and added volume, "I blow dried the hair with a round brush before deploying a one-inch curling iron all over." After Campora completed the curls he brushed all of the hair out to smooth out the look, and then he sprayed a bit of the Fekkai Blow Out Hair Refresh Dry Shampoo ($20; fekkai.com) to texturize the actress's strands.

"Once everything was brushed out, I braided the bottom of the hair." This is the glue to the entire look. Campora went on to reveal, "The braid keeps all of the hair together. You don’t need to use a rubber band or anything. Then I brought all of the hair together, and rolled and tucked the braid so that it wasn't visible before securing it with a few long bobby pins."

To finish the faux bob, Campora ran his hands through the sides and front to effortlessly sculpt the look. Then the Sheer Hold Hairspray ($20; fekkai.com) was spritzed all over to set the elegant look for the entire evening.
