While 3-year-old Prince George and 1-year-old Princess Charlotte have kept out of the public eye since their return from Canada, their royal parents haven't shied away from speaking about their talented tots. Kate Middleton attended a tea party in London on Tuesday at the Natural History Museum, and spoke to young attendees about her little ones at home.

The duchess chatted with kids from Oakington Manor Primary School at the party in honor of "Dippy the Diplodocus," a dinosaur from the museum who will soon embark on a cross-country tour to educate students.

Middleton, dressed in a blue and black printed L.K. Bennett dress, did dinosaur-inspired crafts with students dressed in white lab coats. According to People, 10-year-old Eduarda told reporters, "She said George likes the T-Rex because he is the biggest and the loudest."

Her classmate Amani might well be a budding reporter, adding, "We asked her about her home lifestyle and her children. She said that Charlotte is very chatty and likes doing play dates with George. George is interested in dinosaurs and volcanoes."

Museum director Sir Michael Dixon said that the young prince and princess have already visited the museum. "She is actually very knowledgeable on the natural world and passionate about oceans. She is a keen scuba diver. She is very, very keen to engage more with the museum and its collections," he said of Middleton.

"She has been behind-the-scenes on a number of occasions and talked to some of our researchers and seen quite a lot of our collection areas."

George and Charlotte certainly have a smart mom to look up to.
