It's no secret that Prince William and Kate Middleton are total #couplegoals, and the married duo proved that once again at a charity event in London tonight.

The royal pair attended the Guild of Health Writers Conference with Heads Together at Chandos House, where they not only brought attention to a worthy cause but also looked picture perfect. For the occasion, Princess Kate wowed in a vibrant magenta peplum jacket and skirt by Oscar de la Renta—a designer she has not previously worn. Meanwhile, William opted for a navy blue suit and dark red tie. At the gathering, which focused specifically on bringing attention to anxiety, the Duke of Cambridge spoke about why mental health is a cause that he and his wife feel so passionate about.

"Mental health was the great taboo. If you were anxious, it’s because you were weak," Prince William passionately shared. "If you couldn’t cope with whatever life threw at you, it’s because you were failing. Successful, strong people don’t suffer like that, do they? But of course—we all do. It’s just that few of us speak about it." He then went on to discuss the importance of talking with and supporting those around us, and concluded that mental health needs to be brought out of the dark and de-stigmatized.

This was the couple's second public event of the day—they spent the morning meeting with children at the Place2Be Big Assembly at Mitchell Brook Primary School in London, where Middleton gave a speech to the students about a variety of topics including kindness, respect, and honesty.
