Kate Middleton, you've done it again. The Duchess of Cambridge isn't necessarily known for embracing each season's ever-changing trends, but she did just that tonight, wearing a vibrant blue Roland Mouret gown that features a cut-out shoulder. And—spoiler—she looked beautiful.

Middleton paired the curve-skimming dress with black open-toe heels, a black clutch, hoop earrings, and loose curls, and we can't stop staring. This will definitely go down in the books as one of the duchess's most memorable looks.

The mother-of-two was on hand at the SportsAid 40th anniversary dinner, which was held at Kensington Palace in London. The organization, for which Princess Kate has been the royal patron since 2013, helps British athletes overcome financial troubles and get motivated.

"The brilliance of SportsAid is in really understanding just how much athletic competition gives to our country as a whole," Middleton said during her remarks. "By investing in young sporting talent, they ensure that there is a strong pipeline of inspirational heroes."
