Santa Claus isn't coming to town until later this month, but in the meantime, let us offer you a perfectly acceptable replacement: Kate Middleton.

The future queen has been pulling holiday double duty to spread goodwill and holiday cheer on her royal visits, and she's looked the part while doing it.

For her most recent visit Tuesday morning, she and Prince William visited Evelina London, a clinic that treats children with rare conditions. Kate greeted and played with kids in a green dress by L.K. Bennett ($645; lkbennett.com), which was covered in polka dots and included a matching L.K. Bennett "Dora" clutch ($285; lkbennett.com).

It's hardly the first time Middleton has jazzed up her wardrobe with holiday colors. In fact, this month she has exclusively stuck to a color palette reminiscent of a Christmas tree, leaving her beloved royal hues by the wayside.
