The Duchess of Cambridge can throw a punch! During the Heads Together Campaign launch event today, Kate Middleton put on boxing gloves to promote the benefits of physical activity for mental health, and, as per usual, we're impressed with the sporty royal's athletic ability.

Dressed in a chic cream blouse and geometric patterned Banana Republic skirt, Duchess Kate channeled her inner Rocky Balboa and gamely boxed with one of the charity's instructors, who had her do two rounds of punches. While she looked a bit skeptical at first, from the clip Kensington Palace shared on their Instagram, it's clear she's already a pro.

This is the second chic look that Kate has worn in the past two days. On Sunday, the royal expertly paired high-low pieces for the Queen's 90th birthday event, wearing a red Zara coat and Dolce & Gabbana lace dress.
