And though the actress stepped out to celebrate must-have skin products and revealed the secret to her blemish-free complexion, it’s her toned body that we immediately noticed. So what’s the key to her model-esque physique? “I work my ass off. I work out. I still have fun,” she said inside the event. “I figured out how to sort of balance it all out so that I’m not like killing myself over diets and things like that, because I don’t really believe in dieting. I believe in living a kind of lifestyle. So, I’m as healthy as I can be, and just mentally, I can’t go too long without being active.” Britney Spears Makes an Appearance at Kate Hudson's Game Night It was a natural response for Hudson, who not only regularly sports a rock-hard core but also is the brains behind Fabletics, a line of stylish fitness apparel. Like the blonde beauty’s fitness routine, Hudson's beauty regimen is also pared down, sticking to basic solutions. “Water, sweating, and I can’t really stimulate my face too much. I’m like a soap and water kind of person. Because when I do [use too many products], which just happened recently, I just break out like crazy. And so if I overstimulate, if somebody puts something on my skin, it doesn’t like it. My skin likes natural. It likes things that aren’t too stimulating,” she said. We’ve dutifully taken notes. —With reporting by Carita Rizzo
