There’s a reason why Kate Hudson seemingly never stops smiling and the 36-year-old actress is finally ready to tell all. Wednesday afternoon, the Kung Fu Panda 3 star took to Instagram to reveal the cover of her empowering new book, Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body ($27;, where she’s seen rocking an oxblood-toned hat with a nude, spaghetti-strap top and a simple gold cuff.

Set to drop Feb. 12, the tome provides all of Hudson’s tried and true secrets to a life full not just of joy, but a cleaner diet, easy to follow exercise routine, and the power of mindfulness. “This book is about being as mindful as possible when it comes to your well-being, but still enjoying your life. I hope it provides some inspiration and motivation for making a shift in our lifestyles for the better,” Hudson told People of her new project back in December.

The Almost Famous star is no stranger to the world of healthy living and has previously spoken up about her killer workout routine and serving as the founder and face of her athletic apparel line, Fabletics. So what are some of the tips we can’t wait to unlock? “I think that contentment and happiness is something you practice and I think that everybody’s life is different,” Hudson told InStyle of how she maintains her happiness back in October. “The secret is trying to tune into your own authentic, best authentic self really.”
