Karlie Kloss Stars in Topshop's Spring 2016 Campaign
While most of us are reaching for our second cup of coffee on the first Monday of 2016, Karlie Kloss is celebrating a full-circle model moment by adding another major campaign to her resume. Eight years after posing for the Topshop cameras, the model is back as the face of the U.K.-based brand’s spring 2016 campaign. Photographed by Tyrone Lebon and styled by Topshop Creative Director Kate Phelan, the images find 23-year-old Kloss masterfully posing in front of a mix of industrial-like city locales and neon-lit indoor screens.
“It is thrilling to have Karlie back, eight years after her first modeling job and first Topshop campaign alongside Jourdan Dunn,” Phelan said in a statement. “She is the ultimate Topshop girl and modern super—a world-renowned fashion figure, businesswoman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist who will resonate with our global customers through her many talents, ambitions, and passions.”
Most importantly, what new springtime pieces does Karlie rock? In addition to a party-appropriate black dress with bulleted, metallic detailing, Kloss slips into a selection of suits fit for the boardroom and a cool-girl mix of pink varsity jackets, personalized outerwear, pastel-colored dresses, and retro high-waisted denim.
