Top models don’t need a runway to shine. And that's certainly the case for 14-year-old Kaia Gerber and 50-year-old mom, Cindy Crawford, who they hit the streets of Malibu, Calif., on Monday in search of what a girl can never have enough of: beauty products.

The mother-daughter duo made a stop Sephora during their outing, which showcased their twinning-denim style (and long legs) and also served as proof that they could pass as sisters. Once more putting forth her borrowed-from-the-boys SoCal style, Gerber wore a pair of light black skinny jeans with an ultra minimal, cropped white T-shirt and a sensible pair of sneakers.

Meanwhile, Crawford opted for flared blue jeans, sandals, a frilly navy blouse, and an oversize handbag, perfect for throwing in any on-the-go shopping additions. They each let their long auburn hair down and flow loosely in the breeze—additional evidence that for these two, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
