Justin Bieber's latest Instagram posts are sure to send dedicated Beliebers into overdrive.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the "Love Yourself" hitmaker—who has stayed largely out of the spotlight in recent months—gifted fans who're still living for his hugely successful 2015 album, Purpose, the ultimate surprise by teasing brand new music on the way.

The Biebs proved that he's serious about getting back in the studio in the series of four artistically shot black-and-white photos, which appear to show the 22-year-old hard at work recording music.

The first image offers a vantage point of the singer—clad in a black Purpose Tour sweatshirt and gray sweatpants—from behind as he sings into a microphone with headphones perched on his head and sheet music in front of him, while a second gives fans a close-up shot of the "Sorry" hitmaker recording into a microphone from the front.

A third and fourth photo heavily feature Justin's extensive tattoo collection, displaying the pop star's wings tattoo on the back of his neck and the artwork on his forearms as he sings and plays piano in the teaser images.

And Bieber's manager Scooter Braun only upped the ante when he reshared one of the shots with the caption, "The world has no idea!!"

The chart-topping star has been keeping busy touring for his Grammy Award-nominated album since March last year, and we couldn't be more excited for new material!
