There's no place like home, and Dorothy's dress is looking for a new one! The iconic blue-and-white gingham pinafore with white blouse from 1939's The Wizard of Oz (and don't forget the prequel is coming out in March!) is going to be on the block at Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills as part of its Idols & Icons auction taking place November 9 and 10. According to the auction house's website, it is one of the only original complete versions of the Adrian-designed costume still in existence. The frock also includes a handwritten label with Garland's name inscribed on it. Bidding will start at $200,000, with the estimate ranging from $400,000 to $600,000. Lucky Londoners can check out the outfit when it's on view at the Stafford Hotel beginning Tuesday October 9. Tell us: would you ever bid on Dorothy's trademark look?
