Jessica Simpson Celebrates Seven Years of Marriage with Her Adorable Family

Lovebirds Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are casting serious doubts on that whole seven-year itch theory, as they continue to give newlyweds a run for their money.

Since first getting together with the former football star in 2010, and tying the knot in July 2014 at a romantic Montecito, California, ceremony, the lovestruck star has welcomed daughter, Maxwell, 5, and son, Ace, 3. Through the years, the singer has proven that her beautiful family means everything to her with countless social media posts of the happy foursome.

Family was certainly on the Simpson's mind Wednesday, as she took to Instagram to mark her and Johnson's seven-year anniversary, with a sweet selfie of the couple and their kids.

"7 years, 2 kids and a whole lotta love later #may21 #MAXIDREW #ACEKNUTE," the smitten star captioned the black-and-white Polaroid, which shows the Dukes of Hazzard actress dressed in a casual flannel shirt, sitting beside her look-alike daughter, while the former pro athlete gazes into the camera and holds the couple's son in his arms.

While family is obviously important to the fashion entrepreneur, she recently revealed during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show that she is not planning on adding to the family.

"I have two beautiful children and I'm not having a third," she explained to the host. "They're too cute! You really can't top that."
