Jennifer Lopez Stuns in a Daring Red Catsuit for American Idol Party

Jennifer Lopez was on fire Thursday night, dazzling onlookers in a plunging, red-hot catsuit as she stepped out at the American Idol finalists party in Los Angeles.

Decked out in the sparkling, skintight ensemble, the 46-year-old looked every bit the glamorous siren, smiling for the cameras. The suit’s massively plunging neckline ensured all eyes were on the Idol Queen, flaunting her enviable figure in all the right places, as she marked the end of the show’s run.

The songstress and InStyle cover girl paired the look with matching red suede heels, a gold clutch, and a shiny pink lip. Lopez's signature age-defying complexion and tousled brunette locks capped off the sultry number. For extra shine, she turned to Swarovski for the distinct narrow bangle, ethic wide bangle, and creativity ring.

For a Season 15 finalists celebration, Lopez slipped into this stunning, shimmery red jumpsuit and paired the look with two Swarovski bangles and a look-at-me ring.

And while the show-stopping catsuit took our breath away, it actually was only one of many all-out glitzy looks the singer donned.

Earlier in the day, J.Lo later took to Instagram to recap more stunning outfits that she wore this week for the show’s taping, writing, “Looks of the first week’s live shows.” Included? Her sheer, lace, and embellished Thai Nguyen dress, and an eye-catching pink one with a sheer skirt and another sparkly deep-V neckline.

So what was the inspiration behind her beauty look? Makeup artist Mary Phillips gave us the scoop. "The dress is so soft, I wanted the makeup to be very elegant, but with a slight edge. So we went with a red patent leather lip," she told InStyle, referring to the above right gown Lopez rocked. "Because the dress is shimmery, I dusted a pinky gold powder to [her] cheekbones, decolletage, and arms to match the tones of the dress. I wanted to give it that vacation glow."
