A star could be spotted around every corner at this weekend's 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala, where a high-profile crowd gathered to honor Quentin Tarantino and Barbara Kruger for their work in uniting art, film, and fashion. Co-chaired by Leonardo DiCaprio and Eva Chow in the stately Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the incredible evening also raised $3.85 million in funds for the museum's cultural programs.
Not only was the event off the charts, but the fashion to hit the black carpet did not disappoint—Jennifer Lopez dropped jaws in a plunging Gucci gown, while Kanye West and Kim Kardashian (who was clothed in a Cushnie et Ochs gown and glittering Cartier collar) made it a couple's night out. The guests—including Amy Adams, Demi Moore, Salma Hayek, Camilla Belle, Ryan Seacrest, James Franco, Kate Hudson, Jamie Foxx, Rachel Zoe, Kirsten Dunst, Will Ferrell, and more—were quick to mix and mingle with one another.
"You're so sparkly!" Kardashian exclaimed to Selena Gomez, who dazzled in a shimmering Gucci dress. "So are you!" replied Selena, before telling InStyle why she chose her own frock: "I love this dress because it makes me feel like a diamond." Gomez also caught up with model pal Cara Delevingne and Kate Beckinsale, whose mauve Gucci number was one-of-a-kind. "I like the Elizabeth Taylor vibe of this gown," Beckinsale told InStyle. "I always make it a point to attend this event. It's so wonderful to be part of cheering people on like Quentin and Barbara who are real visionaries in their fields."
